Job Summary:

Noona Noodles is looking for an Assistant Manager who has experience in leadership and the restaurant industry. You’ll be responsible for inspiring and managing team members, developing systems to help our daily operations, and improve customer experience at Noona Noodles. If you’re detail-oriented, driven, experienced in the food industry and a natural host, we’d love to have you join our team. Weekday availability required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading and Managing Team Members: scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, recruiting and training new front of house staff.

• Develop Systems and Process: create maintenance and inventory systems, ensure deployment of systems, help with prioritizing tasks, and find solutions to troubleshoot issues

• Manage Customer Satisfaction: coordinate restaurant seating for various sized parties, offer quality service, streamline service between front and back of house

• Evaluate Customer Service: In-person and online

• Daily Operations: maintain order and cleanliness of the restaurant to DOH standards for opening and closing.

• Manage catering orders: monitor incoming orders, delegate tasks to execute orders correctly and standardize systems for packing, labeling, and timing. 

• Financial Systems: partnering with the Owner to manage costs and create strategies to grow sales

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• 3+  years of experience in food/hospitality with knowledge of daily operations and health regulations

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Detail and solution-oriented

• Has led or managed a team

• Familiarity with technology tools used to manage orders and scheduling

Preferred Requirements: 

• Multilingual 

• Bachelor’s Degree 

Pay: $20/hr | Expected hours: approx. 30-40 hours a week

Noona Noodles is looking for a Cashier who is passionate about Korean food. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Assist customers in selecting dishes according to dietary restrictions or preferences

• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

• Meet or exceed sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in food/hospitality is preferred

• Multilingual is preferred not a must

• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $16.50/hr Plus Tips
