Job Summary:

Noona Noodles – a casual Korean noodle shop in the heart of midtown is seeking an Operations Lead who is passionate about food and is pursuing a long-term career in hospitality. This role is responsible for overseeing the front of house, enforcing standards, building systems alongside ownership, and upholding our values of quality, integrity, and community.  You must have excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, have strong people management skills, work well under pressure, and thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational space. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts, direct staff priorities, and maintain service flow

• Develop training manuals, checklists, and workflows 

• Open/close the restaurant and uphold Department of Health standards

• Support inventory management 

• Provide end-of-day reports

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of experience in food/hospitality with knowledge of Dept of Health regulations

• Leadership experience and strong communication skills 

• Working toward or holding DOH Food Protection Certification

• Professional, presentable, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Minimum of 1 year commitment

Pay: $20/hr | Expected hours: approx. 30-38 hours a week
